Volcano Tours by Day or by Night
The Volcano Rincón de la Vieja in the national park of the same name is an incredible range (pictured on the left). This volcano is one of 9 volcanos one million years in age that can be found within the Guanacaste Mountain Range. This Park features geysers, waterfalls, bubbling mud pots, thermal spas, hot springs, and canopy tours. Other volcanos of note include the Orosi, the Tenorio, the Miravalles, and the most active: the Arenal Volcano, located in the Arenal National Park where eruptions are the main attraction.
